The purpose of the Rocky Mountain Conference is to resource and equip our congregations and leaders in the work of a courageous church. This includes supporting our youngest leaders — the youth of the RMC — as well as our youth pastors. Currently, the RMC has two youth ministry avenues: the Youth Leadership Cohort, which is a year-round formation program that helps youth plan and execute a ministry initiative in their community, and youth retreats at La Foret, which take place each fall and spring.

The RMC’s goal is to connect our youngest leaders and our youth pastors with each other so that we can strengthen one another in building up the next generation of UCC leaders. Conference-wide youth initiatives are led by the RMC’s Youth Coordinator, Reverend Brooklyn McBride.
