The 2026-2027 Search Committee is a temporary taskforce that has been charged with leading the process of recommending the RMC’s next Conference Minister, who will hopefully be installed in June 2027. Their work will include creating the RMC’s official Conference profile, engaging in discernment about the RMC’s leadership needs, writing the new CM job description, and interviewing candidates. After the RMC’s 3-year Transition Period, which began back in 2024, we are excited about the opportunity to find our next CM.
