The Board of Directors (BOD) represents the Conference as a whole. They are charged with making decisions for the good of the entire Conference. Their primary responsibility is the achievement of the mission and overall outcomes selected by the Conference. The BOD is empowered to create the structure needed to accomplish the mission and to change the structure as conditions or resources change. At the beginning of every program year, they review and (if necessary) revise their Core Purpose and Values, which are included in every BOD Meeting Agenda to remind them of the scope and impact of their work.

Board meetings take place on the 4th Wednesday of each month. To read the minutes from previous meetings, please consult the BOD Minutes Archive.
