Rev. Erin Gilmore (she/hers), Transitional Conference Minister
Prior to her appointment to Acting Conference Minister in 2023, Rev. Erin Gilmore previously served as the RMC Associate Conference Minister, as Senior Pastor of Loveland UCC (Loveland, CO), and as Senior Pastor of Holladay UCC in Holladay (Salt Lake City), Utah. Her main priority is providing continuity and day-to-day leadership while seeking to expand ministry capacity across the RMC in this current phase of our interim experience. Laura Gurney (she/hers), Director of Operations
Laura is delighted to be serving the RMC as the Director of Operations. She is a life-long Coloradoan, end-of-life educator, death doula, and long-time member of First Congregational Church in Greeley. But beyond the roles and organizations she serves in, Laura is, at her heart, called to work in liminal spaces, helping churches imagine the future that God is calling them to and building the operational foundation on which that vision becomes reality. She and her partner, Emily, spend half of their grocery budget on produce for their cats, Cassius & Nebula; corgi, Toasted Marshmallow; and guinea pigs, Bangers & Mash, who all have a particular(ly intense) love for kale. Rev. Leslie Etheredge (she/hers), Bridge Associate Conference Minister
Rev. Leslie joined us in 2024 as part-time Bridge Associate Conference Minister, and she works primarily with our Committee on Ministry (COM). Prior to this appointment, she worked with three other Conferences as a Bridge ACM. She holds memberships in both UCC and Disciples of Christ (DOC) churches. Rev. Brooklyn McBride (she/hers), Youth Coordinator
Rev. Brooklyn joined the RMC as our part-time Youth Coordinator in 2026. She grew up in northern Colorado, and she is passionate about empowering students and the adults who love them through transformative spirituality and community-based Christian formation. Melissa McCarl (she/hers), Office & Digital Administrator

Allison Radomski (she/hers), Director of Communications
Allison joined the office team as our part-time Director of Communications in 2024. She updates the RMC’s website, creates various newsletters and digital communications, and manages our social media.
