Rev. Erin Gilmore (she/hers), Transitional Conference Minister

Prior to her appointment to Acting Conference Minister in 2023, Rev. Erin Gilmore previously served as the RMC Associate Conference Minister, as Senior Pastor of Loveland UCC (Loveland, CO), and as Senior Pastor of Holladay UCC in Holladay (Salt Lake City), Utah. Her main priority is providing continuity and day-to-day leadership while seeking to expand ministry capacity across the RMC in this current phase of our interim experience. Rev. Leslie Etheredge (she/hers), Bridge ACM

Rev. Leslie joined us in 2024 as part-time Bridge Associate Conference Minister, and she works primarily with our Committee on Ministry (COM). Prior to this appointment, she worked with three other Conferences as a Bridge ACM. She holds memberships in both UCC and Disciples of Christ (DOC) churches. Melissa McCarl (she/hers), Office & Digital Administrator

Melissa joined us as part-time Office & Digital Administrator in January, 2019. As an active director/actor in the Denver theatre community, Melissa brings an energetic flair, along with experience in nonprofit administration. Allison Radomski (she/hers), Director of Communications

Allison joined the office team as our part-time Director of Communications in 2024. She updates the RMC’s website, creates various newsletters and digital communications, and manages our social media.
