The Board of Directors of the Rocky Mountain Conference has a few updates to share, along with a few opportunities for you to get involved with the work of the Conference:

• Join a new task force: There are three congregations across the RMC that are interested in joining the United Church of Christ, which means they’d also be joining the Rocky Mountain Conference. The Committee on Ministry (COM) is assembling a task force that will commit to helping these congregations through this process. If you’re interested in this work, please contact the current chair of the Committee on Ministry, Martha Jones, at com-chair@rmcucc.org
• Lift up prayers: The Board will be meeting in-person this Saturday, September 19th as part of their ongoing effort to reflect on the RMC’s Transition Period and to consider the successes of this period along with what else remains to be done. We ask your prayers for the Board’s wisdom and discernment. • Apply for a scholarship: The BOD is proud to announce that we’re once again offering scholarships to support RMC seminarians. Please apply by October 15th. Learn more at rmcucc.org/scholarships
