Earlier this week, the planning team for Congregations Alive! 4 released the full workshop details and schedule; you can view and download the full Informational Packet here.

CA!4 is scheduled for February 7–9, 2019 at First Plymouth Congregational in Englewood, CO. All in the RMC are invited to join us for this inspiring event that will leave you buzzing with ideas, excitement, and a renewed energy for local ministry. You can also learn more by visiting the Congregations Alive! 4 website.

This year, special guests include Rev. Traci Blackmon, Executive Minister of Justice & Witness Ministries—United Church of Christ; Rev. Amanda Henderson, Executive Director of the Interfaith Alliance; and Rev. Dr. Ivy Beckwith, prolific author and expert on faith formation and children’s ministries. In addition, our own Rev. Chris Gilmore, Lead Pastor of Sixth Avenue UCC in Denver, will lead worship.

As in years past, there are several engaging workshops to choose from. Topics include mental health, climate change, sexual education and consent, racial justice, effective youth ministry, and so much more.
