Rev. Erin Gilmore
Acting Conference Minister
Prior to her appointment to Acting Conference Minister in 2023, Rev. Erin Gilmore previously served as the RMC Associate Conference Minister, as Senior Pastor of Loveland UCC (Loveland, CO), and as Senior Pastor of Holladay UCC in Holladay (Salt Lake City), Utah. Her main priority is providing continuity and day-to-day leadership while seeking to expand ministry capacity across the RMC in this current phase of our interim experience.
Melissa McCarl
Office & Digital Administrator
Melissa joined us as our part-time Office & Digital Administrator in January, 2019. As an active director/actor in the Denver theatre community, Melissa brings an energetic flair, along with experience in nonprofit administration.
Brianna Gillmore
financial associate
Brianna joined us as a part-time Financial Associate in October 2022. As a former math teacher and mom of 4 girls, she brings lots of attention to detail and organizational skills to the team!
Allison Radomski
Director of Communications
Allison joined the conference team in 2024. She’s a filmmaker, podcaster, and cat enthusiast. She’s excited to answer all communications and website queries, and also talk to you about your favorite movie.
