Lenten Resources: Looking for new material for your Lenten devotional practices and liturgies? Check out some of the resources listed below:

  • Lectio Divina with South Broadway Christian Church: This season of Lent is particularly turbulent for our world and our nation. If you’re seeking direction and grounding during this especially chaotic time, South Broadway invites you to join them in Lectio Divina, an ancient contemplative practice of scriptural meditation.   • 40 Days, 40 Prayers, 40 Words: This Lenten reflection series from Bruce Reyes-Chow offers structure for thoughtful daily pauses throughout Lent.   • Movement Wisdom for Wild Days: The UCC’s 2025 Lenten resource encourages reflection through embodied practices and reconnection with the wisdom of freedom-making ancestors. To learn more and to download the daily calendar, please follow this link.
  • The 2025 Lenten Devotional from First Church Berkeley UCC: Mirroring the United Church of Christ’s 2025 General Synod theme, “Into the Deep,” the 2025 Lent Devotional invites reflection on God’s mysterious depths.
