The RMC Board of Directors invites you to a Special Meeting of the Rocky Mountain Conference, happening Thursday, April 23rd at 6:30 PM via Zoom. Churches are invited to send their Authorized Minister(s) as well as a specified number of lay voting delegates based on their active church membership:
0-300 members: 2 delegates
301-500 members: 3 delegates
501-700 members: 4 delegates
701-900 members: 5 delegates
901-1100 members: 6 delegates
1101+ members: 7 delegates

Over the past several weeks, the Board has been in conversation with the RMC’s Office Staff and dozens of RMC congregations about how the Conference can more efficiently support the work of local churches. In a recent Executive Session meeting, the Board discussed several possible options for how to meet these needs through a new operating budget and the creation of new staff positions. At the Special Meeting on April 23rd, the Board will share these ideas and ask you, the ministers and delegates of the RMC, to vote on these options. The Board hopes that you will attend this meeting to make your voice heard and to help improve the efficacy of Conference ministry.
