This is an exciting time in the life of our Conference! A Search Committee is being formed and will begin a national search for our next settled Conference Minister after Annual Celebration in June!
Our RMC Associations will play a vital role in the creation of the Search Committee. The RMC Bylaws provide that the Search Committee will include one lay member and one clergy from each Association (as well as three Board members). If you would like to learn more about your Association’s process for choosing its SC representatives, please contact your Association leadership (you can find the directory here).
If you would like to learn more about volunteering in the Conference in general, please contact the RMC Nominating Committee at nominating@rmcucc.org. We will begin to actively seek nominations for open positions by the end of March.
