Once again, Archway Housing & Services proves itself to be an unstoppable force in the critical mission to build affordable housing!
Last Thursday, Sept. 13, Archway broke ground for The Flats at Two Creeks residences in Lakewood, CO. This planned 78-unit residence will be located just south of Archway’s 40 West Residences, which opened in 2017 to house families and individuals—many of them veterans.

Archway Executive Director Joyce Alms-Ransford was joined at the ceremony by several community leaders including Lakewood Mayor Adam Paul, along with several representatives from the RMC! Rev. Lee Berg (Interim at Community UCC in Boulder), Rev. Jake Joseph (Archway Board Member and Associate Pastor at Plymouth UCC in Ft. Collins), and David Nestor (co-founder/Board Member of Archway) all represented the Conference at the groundbreaking.
