Interfaith Alliance Discussion on Minimum Wage – Sept. 28

On September 28 at 7 p.m., the Interfaith Alliance of Colorado will host a discussion on minimum wage featuring Tex Sample, an economic-justice speaker, author, and professor emeritus. The session, titled The Faith-Based Case for Raising the Minimum Wage, will provide attendees with the opportunity to discuss policies supporting and surrounding minimum-wage laws from a spiritual context.

As Christians, what considerations must we make for our community? How might our Christian morals translate into fiscal policy? What does it mean to be economically just?

The event is FREE and will be held at St. Andrew United Methodist Church in Highlands Ranch, Colorado. You can view the full flier here. We hope to see you there!
