As we continue to move through this time of transition and look ahead to a national search for our next Conference Leadership, we are eager to gather with each of the congregations in the Rocky Mountain Conference in a format that facilitates open conversation.

To that end, we are writing to invite you to participate in a small group conversation via Zoom during the first or second week of February 2026. While we had aspired to be able to visit every congregation in person, our capacity to do so has proven difficult. It is our hope that by pivoting to this format we will still be able to accomplish a similar goal of discussing our missional and financial priorities, the upcoming search process, and any other related matters you may wish to raise as we move forward.

We invite each church to attend with their pastor(s) and one or two members of your council as you think appropriate. All the available dates and times are on the following page. To sign up your church for a conversation, please go to this sign up sheet to select a time. Please do this by by Jan 29, 2026. If none of these dates work for you, and you want to be part of a conversation please email or phone Melissa McCarl (admin@rmcucc.org / 720.738.8561) and we will find an alternative date.

We appreciate this is a busy time of year for many of our members; this discussion should not take more than an hour—with time for conversation—and certainly time for follow up should you feel it appropriate afterward.
