This program is brought to you by the UCC’s Church Building & Loan Fund. This unique cohort is a 12-month program that includes a three-module learning series aimed to help congregation leaders:
— explore what it means to be a church amid today’s social and cultural trends
— identify ways to align theology of mission and societal changes in a post pandemic environment
— review geographic and demographic data to assess models for community ministry and congregation collaborations
— develop individual church strategic plans that will align their goals within specified timelines
