The RMC Board of Directors meets on the 4th Wednesday of every month (with the exception of November 2026, during which the meeting will take place on the 3rd Wednesday of the month). Members of the Rocky Mountain Conference are encouraged to be in-touch with the Board with any concerns, ideas, or feedback.
