Rev. Sue Artt
As Conference Minister, Sue has responsibility for guiding, leading, and encouraging the Conference to live out Christ’s call to service, mission, and ministry here in the Rocky Mountains. Alongside the RMC Board, Sue has helped the Conference complete the re-visioning process begun at the June 2013 Annual Meeting, and led us to plant Mission Seeds in 2015. In January 2016, Sue was nominated jointly by the Board and Search Committee for settled Conference Minister of the Conference. On Friday, June 10, 2016 at the Annual Meeting in Salt Lake City, Sue was voted unanimously as Conference Minister by the voting delegation. Her installation will take place August 20, 2016 at La Foret Conference & Retreat Center in Black Forest, Colorado. Read her full professional bio.
Rev. Erin Gilmore
Associate Conference Minister
Rev. Erin Gilmore was called as Associate Conference Minister on February 4, 2017, and will begin her new ministry on May 15, 2017. Up to that date, Rev. Gilmore will continue serving as Senior Pastor at Loveland UCC in Loveland, CO. Prior to Loveland, she served as Senior Pastor of Holladay UCC in Holladay (Salt Lake City), Utah. Working with other Conference leaders, Rev. Gilmore was instrumental in re-imagining and reshaping the RMC’s Annual Meeting to be the more generative event it is today. She currently serves on the RMC Board, although her position on the Board will conclude upon her first day as Associate Conference Minister.
Director of Communication Ministries
Cory Kibler works with Conference staff and churches to effectively communicate timely and relevant information. His responsibilities include creating Conference messaging, web updates, the RoMoCo Newsletter, managing social media, marketing and promoting upcoming camps and events, and doing everything he can to ensure that the RMC and its churches are Radically Connected. At times, he eats Cheetos in secret.
Gigi Garcia is a life-long Denver native who previously worked as a Data Analyst for Standard & Poor’s. She has three children, a grandchild, and small Chihuahua mix named Lana, after Lana Del Rey. She brings much experience, enthusiasm, and knowledge to the RMC, and we are thrilled to have her!
Rev. Chris Gilmore
Faith & Nurture Program Association
Rev. Chris Gilmore, along with being the Senior Pastor at Sixth Avenue, has decades of outdoor ministry experience at La Foret and other camps around the country. When time allows, Chris enjoys hiking, skiing, scuba-diving, golf, tennis, bridge, and European football (soccer). He is an avid reader, frequent traveler, and spends a least 10 days a summer on a long-distance backpacking trip.
